I ship via Canada Post. All packages are sent out with the intention of it landing in your hands. If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package is returned to me. If/when the package does to return to me, the order will be refunded in the form of store credit less the shipping costs.

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
-I kindly ask that all shipped order returns be made within 2 weeks of delivery. All local pick up orders be returned within 2 weeks of the date ready for pick up. To start the return process please click here
-All sales items, or items purchased with coupon codes are final sale.
-All undergarments, socks, earrings, hats, & beauty products are final sale.
-Eligible items for return must be unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. Items must be free from odors (such as perfume, cigarette smoke), make up/stains, & animal hair.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. I recommend you ship with a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of my control.
Returning a bundle item
-Bundling items together allows me to offer them to you at a (combined) lower price than if you were to purchase them all separately.
If you decide to return one (or some) of the items included in a bundle, you will be charged the stand-alone price for the items you wish to keep, which may be higher, then refunded for the items you wish to return.
-All items are fully inspected by me before shipping, in the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right! Any items damaged by removal of tags will not be refunded.
